A story about alaskajoe
When we were kids Joe and his family lived at our house for a short time—I think they were constructing their new house in Eagle River, AK. One day we were throwing the nerf football in the basement hallway. Joe tossed it a little too high and took out the light fixture. Soon after my Dad walked in to discover the broken light and four startled boys knowing someone was in trouble. Dad started looking for answers.
In the end Chris, Greg and I all got spankings while Joe innocently looked on—never bothering to reveal that he was actually the one responsible for breaking the light. I’d like to think that all these years later I’ve forgiven Joe for this childhood indescretion—but this entry proves otherwise.
Joe’s view of these events may differ from mine. Or he’s just being quiet ;-)
